1. Who is eligible for beIN STREAM?
- New customers subscribing to FIBERNET HOME 28 and higher plans. Existing customers with an active subscription (not suspended) must also have all outstanding dues cleared.
2. How much does beIN STREAM cost?
- Fibernet Home 28 and 30: OMR 2 monthly for 12 months.
- Fibernet Home 35 and higher: free of charge.
3. Must existing customers upgrade to a higher plan to get beIN STREAM?
- Yes. All existing customers must upgrade to a higher FIBERNET HOME plan to avail of the offer, regardless of contract duration.
4. Can customers have beIN STREAM alongside Shahid or Starzplay?
- Yes, customers can have Shahid or Starzplay alongside beIN STREAM.
5. Can I return the beIN STREAM device after delivery?
- No. Once the device has been delivered, returns are not accepted.
6. What happens if a customer requests to cancel beIN STREAM?
- beIN STREAM ETC charges will apply.
New residential customers.
- A one-time installation charge of OMR 15 applies to AWASR packages with 12-month contract.
- A one-time installation charge of OMR 10 applies to AWASR packages with 24-month contract.

Customers are eligible to upgrade their packages within the contract period.
Downgrades are not allowed within the contract period, post contract period ends customer can downgrade by requesting at our website, Whatsapp, Call Center or Mobile App.
If the customer terminates the service after activation or is terminated for non-payments but within the minimum commitment period of 24 months:
- Customers in a 12-month contract will be required to pay 55 OMR for early termination fee.
- Customers in a 24-month contract will be required to pay 110 OMR for early termination fee.
