Will the customer be able to Upgrade the package?

The customer will be able to upgrade the package.

Will the customer be able to downgrade the package?

Downgrades are not allowed within the 12-month contract period, post contract period ends customer can downgrade by requesting at our website, Whatsapp and Call Center.

What will happen if customer request to terminate the service within the minimum commitment period?

Customer will be charged for early termination charges (ETC) 85 OMR.
