How many times the customer can subscribe for the offer?
Max 3 connected order in different location, that’s subscriber can benefit from the offer.
After subscribing will the customer be able to Upgrade the package?
Customers are eligible to upgrade their packages within the contract period.
After subscribing will the customer be able to downgrade the package?
Downgrades are not allowed within the 12-month contract period, post contract period ends customer can downgrade by requesting at our website, Whatsapp, Call Center or Mobile App.
What will happen if customer requests to terminate the service within the minimum commitment period?
If the customer terminates the service after activation or is terminated for non-payments but within the minimum commitment period of 12 months:
• The customer will be required to pay 55 OMR for early termination fee.
