What is the Starzplay Offer from AWASR?
AWASR is offering a 12-month Starzplay subscription free of charge as a gift to eligible residential customers subscribing to or upgrading to FIBERNET HOME 30 or higher.
Who is eligible for the free 12-month Starzplay subscription?
- New customers who subscribe to FIBERNET HOME 30 or higher.
- Existing customers upgrading to FIBERNET HOME 30 or higher.
- Only one gift (Starzplay or Shahid) can be chosen if subscribed to a 24-month contract.
What happens if I delete or don’t receive the activation email?
If you’re eligible but didn’t receive the email:
- Contact AWASR customer support.
- They can resend the email if it’s within 60 days of your eligibility date.
What if I already have a Starzplay subscription?
If your AWASR-registered email or phone is already associated with Starzplay:
- Your existing subscription will be extended for 12 months from the day of activating the code.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS from Starzplay.
Can I get both Starzplay and Shahid offers?
No.
- For 12-month contracts: Only Starzplay is included automatically.
- For 24-month contracts: You must choose between Starzplay or Shahid at the time of plan activation or upgrade.
What happens if I cancel my AWASR plan early?
If you terminate your AWASR Fibernet subscription before completing your contract, you will be charged OMR 36.600 as the Early Termination Charge (ETC) for the Starzplay add-on.
Is this offer available more than once?
No. Each customer is entitled to one free 12-month Starzplay subscription for eligible AWASR subscription.
